Why does this keep getting removed? This is legitimate news. Deeply disturbing.

Seems incredibly similar to Mythbusters' Adam Savage's allegations, and will likely settle out of court for an undisclosed sum, for the same reasons.

True or not, you aren't going to be able to prove 25+ year old event occurred between minors wuth no other witnesses.

True or not, it's a PR nightmare.

This seems like a personal and legal matter. It’s probably being removed because the allegations haven’t been properly investigated and HN is only a court of public opinion.

It seems like a lot of people have made up their minds already, one way or another.

And the submitters account is only a couple weeks old.
